Major Skinner

Major has over 20 years experience in the technology industry, with proven success across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Whether it’s supporting data and voice networking equipment, unified communications, cloud services, wireless, datacenter, conferencing or complex data networks, Major has done it all and brings that expertise to our client’s benefit. Most recently, Major supported accounts with both national and global presence by developing creative solutions, negotiating the best pricing and terms and overseeing the implementation of those networks. His relationships in the industry and knowledge of service providers, ensures that the right solution is presented every time and is custom tailored to the unique client requirements. Katherine has over 14 years in the industry as a successful Account Executive at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) and AT&T. Lisa Smith

Director of Finance & Operations

Lisa oversees the operational and financial requirements for PeakView, which includes managing our service provider relationships, commissioning platform, new employee orientation, training and corporate finances. Her telecommunications background began at Broadwing (later acquired by Level 3), and spans across multiple disciplines of; order and project management, customer care, sales support, CRM integration, finance and she most recently managed international logistics and sales operations for Paulaner HP USA. Lisa’s attention to detail and process oriented approach contributes greatly to managing PeakView’s rapid growth.

Rachael Rennert

Account Executive & Mobility Specialist

Rachael comes to us with experience in various segments of the telecommunications industry. She began her telecom career as a research contractor for the Federal Communications Commission. After earning her MBA, Rachael moved to a managerial position in Access Cost Management for MCI (now Verizon). Rachael then moved into telecom equity research as an analyst for Gerard Klauer Mattison (now BMO Capital Markets), followed by a related role at Fitch Ratings, as an Associate Director, Corporate Finance, where she conducted corporate credit analysis on various companies in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Rachael's unique blend of telecom knowledge is a great asset to the PeakView team and our clients.

Jeff Johnson

Senior Security Consultant

With over 22 years in Information Technology & Security leadership roles, Mr. Johnson brings experience across a broad set of domains including Networking, Network Security, Cyber Defense, Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability & Threat Management, End-Point & Data Security, Cloud and Mobile Security. Most recently, he led the Information Security function at a Fortune 500 retailer, developing and executing against a board-sponsored $100M+ 5-year plan. He led a 70+ person team to build new and transform existing security services, then worked hand-in-hand with those resources to deploy solutions, develop security policies, management processes, and incident response plans to mitigate the risks of a successful data breach.

Dave Wardle

Dave brings to PeakView 25+ years in Information Technology & Security, with over 20 years of consulting in the Retail, High Tech, Service Provider, Finance and Hospitality sectors. His background is in large scale Networking, Network Security infrastructure, Data Center build and migration. Mr. Wardle has experience across the full IT infrastructure lifecycle, including: Conceptual Architecture, Product Evaluation, and Roadmapping, Program Management and Technical Team Leadership, Design, Engineering, hands-on Delivery, Operational Transition, Support, and Complex Troubleshooting.

Pete Kinkead

Senior Security Consultant

Pete has 18+ years in Information Technology & Security, with time spent equally in consulting and full-time management roles. Mr. Kinkead’s consulting experience brings the depth of technical solutions and business environments, while the management roles provide a deep understanding of the real challenges facing IT management. Mr. Kinkead’s background is in Networking and Network Security, but his experience spans the full IT infrastructure management, Help Desk, and Desktop support services. He’s delivered solutions at companies ranging from regional health care providers to international Fortune 50 financial and pharmaceutical clients, but his primary expertise is in retail, with 10 years of roles in retail IT.
